4-electrode sensors 547

For applications where direct measurement in the process is required, the Barben 547 "Hot Tap" four electrode conductivity sensor provides the solution. The 547 sensor can be installed in the same shrink sleeve as the sensors. of pH/ORP 547, providing a length from 16 to 60 inches to accommodate any process.

  • The Hot Tap installation uses the same hardware as 547 pH/ORP sensors
  • Conductivity measurements up to 2 Siemens (depending on cell constant)
  • Kynar body and PEEK insulation
  • Autocompensation for corrosion and scale buildup (depends on analyzer)
  • Insertion/retraction pressure up to 65 PSIG
  • Electrode options in 316 stainless steel, titanium and Hastelloy
