BOS FLEXSENSE sensors

The optical oxygen sensors BOS FLEXSENSE are based on the common PG13.5 standard for sensors._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-1358badThis designs allow easy installation in flow cells for use in sample line installations. The BOS FLEXSENSE has options for 316 stainless steel, titanium, and Hastelloy C-276 wetted materials._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_An optional ANSI/ISA 12.27.01 Certified Dual Seal version is available for installations where the analyzer will be in a different area classification than the sensor.

BOS3 Oxygen Ranges

  • 0 to 300 ppm with 1000 ppm overrange (gas)

BOS1 Oxygen Ranges

  • 0.002% to 4.2% (gas)
  • 1ppb to 1.8ppm (liquid)

BOS2 Oxygen Ranges

  • 0.21% to 25% (gas)
  • 15ppb to 22ppm (liquid)

The BOS FLEXSENSE is our most versatile optical oxygen sensor. The sensor is based on DIN 19263 dimensions commonly used with pH and conductivity sensors. Male NPT connections 1/2” and 1” sizes make this sensor best suited for flow cell installations where frequent access to the sensor is required. Oxygen measurement is accomplished through a lid luminophore sensing sensor. A removable fiber optic rod is used to transmit the optical signal to/from the window. The BOS FLEXSENSE is rated for pressures up to 1200 PSIG, making it ideal for applications such as produced water. The FLEXSENSE BOS can be specified with ANSI/ISA 12.27.01 Dual Seal Certification (figures 9 and 10)._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_This design is specified when the distance between the oxygen analyzer and the measurement point crosses different hazardous areas. If this option is specified, it must be installed a separate direct contact temperature sensor.
